Key documents which will alleviate time for everyone and speed up decisions and execution, which you can have prepared in advance of our call, are as follows: 

 

  1. 3 months Bank Statements.

  2. Copies of any Overdraft Facilities

  3. Latest set of full accounts not merely the abridged filed accounts.

  4. If you have Management information both a P&L and Balance Sheet would also be valuable.

  5. Photographs and details of any assets including hours and mileages if you are looking to refinance.

  6. Details of all Directors including date of birth and home addresses.

 

The above is not an exhaustive list but goes to support the credit decision and demonstrates a business in control with strong management and business continuity planning all of which give confidence to our underwriters.
